Renewals Specialist, Pricing and Commercial Growth
At Flywire, renewals are a high‑impact pricing and growth engine that shapes revenue quality, product adoption, and long‑term customer value. The Renewals Specialist combines pricing strategy, commercial execution, and data‑driven decision making to turn renewals into a proactive, value‑driven lever for the business. The role works closely with Sales, Customer Success, Finance, Legal, and Product to elevate how Flywire prices, packages, and grows its customer base at renewal, leveraging AI and advanced analytics for smarter, faster decisions.
What You Will Do:
* Own the end‑to‑end renewals strategy across key segments, with a strong focus on pricing and value realization
* Evaluate pricing, margins, and contract structure to drive disciplined, value‑based outcomes
* Leverage data, analytics, and AI‑driven insights to inform pricing decisions, identify risk, and prioritise opportunities
* Partner with Sales and Customer Success to proactively manage renewal pipelines and eliminate last‑minute negotiations
* Identify and unlock expansion opportunities, including multi‑product adoption and upsell pathways
* Use predictive signals to assess renewal health, flag churn risk early, and guide intervention strategies
* Build and refine forecasting, reporting, and governance to improve visibility and accuracy
* Standardise pricing constructs, escalators, and contract terms to strengthen long‑term revenue quality
What Success Looks Like:
* Strong improvements in gross and net revenue retention
* Meaningful growth in expansion revenue at renewal
* Higher price realization with tighter control on discounting
* More predictable renewals driven by improved forecasting and risk identification
* Increased multi‑product adoption and more consistent deal structures
* Adoption of data‑driven and AI‑supported decision making across the renewals process
What We Are Looking For:
* 2 to 4+ years in renewals, pricing, RevOps, consulting, strategy, or account management
* Strong analytical mindset with comfort working with data and emerging AI‑driven tools
* Ability to translate insights into clear commercial actions
* Confidence influencing cross‑functional stakeholders and driving alignment
* High ownership with strong execution in a fast‑paced environment
* Experience in SaaS, fintech, or multi‑product businesses is a plus
