Responsibilities:
* Provide a positive and solution-oriented first impression to prospects.
* Conduct demos booked by your SDR partner.
* Understand customer problems and needs deeply.
* Help prospects uncover hidden needs.
* Demonstrate solutions and collaborate with clients to address their challenges.
* Design creative strategies and manage your schedule to exceed sales targets.
* Negotiate directly with C-Suite and VP-level executives to close deals.
* Collaborate with SDRs to develop strategies and reach monthly revenue goals.
* Participate in the DACH Market Expansion by understanding the landscape and developing new strategies.
Requirements:
* Native German speaker with professional English skills.
* Previous sales experience; experience in customer satisfaction or project management is a plus.
* Tech-savvy with a passion for digital innovation.
* Excellent active listening and resolution skills.
* Persistent, creative, and innovative mindset.
* Strong organizational, forecasting, and pipeline management skills.
* Detail-oriented, accountable, team player, open-minded, self-motivated, and ambitious.
* Enthusiastic about continuous improvement and evolution.
