Our Saica Graduate Expert Program is a two-year program designed to develop professionals and make an impact on the world. This program serves as a stepping stone to bigger career opportunities within Saica as a Sales & Commercial Graduate Expert.
Responsibilities include:
* Sales: Participate in defining new customer search strategies, prospecting potential customers, and gathering information to determine their potential.
* Establish, develop, and maintain business relationships with current and potential customers to generate new business.
* Make calls and visits to understand customer needs, providing solutions to maximize satisfaction and growth.
* Expedite resolution of customer problems and complaints.
* Coordinate with customer service on orders, claims, visits, contacts, and receivables.
* Propose account plans for key customers and monitor them.
* Attend meetings with regional sales and commercial managers.
Marketing: Provide relevant market and customer insights to the sales field manager, analyze territory/market, and assess customer value.
Organize events for customer retention and coordinate visits to the plant. Participate in trade shows and conventions as needed.
Requirements
* Graduated in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or similar.
* Up to two years of experience in a similar role since graduation.
* International experience (Erasmus, etc.) is a plus.
* High proficiency in English (C1).
* Advanced MS Office skills, especially Excel.
