(Senior) Machine Learning Engineer (LLM) - AI Solutions - San Sebastian, Spain
We are seeking a talented Machine Learning Engineer with expertise in Large Language Models (LLMs) to design and optimize cutting-edge AI solutions. In this role, you will work on challenging projects that address real-world issues, leveraging advanced AI and quantum-inspired technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and implement compression techniques for LLMs to improve efficiency and solve domain-specific challenges.
Evaluate, fine-tune, and optimize LLMs for enhanced performance, accuracy, and robustness.
Analyze model strengths and weaknesses, proposing and implementing improvements.
Document development processes and mentor junior team members to foster continuous learning.
Stay current with advancements in LLMs and recommend relevant tools and techniques.
Qualifications:
Master’s or Ph.D. in AI, Computer Science, or related fields.
3+ years’ experience with deep learning models; 1+ year hands-on with LLMs/Transformers (e.g., HuggingFace, PyTorch).
Strong foundation in deep learning, neural networks, and GPU architectures.
Proficiency in Python, cloud platforms (e.g., AWS), and containerization (e.g., Docker).
Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills; research publications are a plus.
