Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Amazon Account Manager with at least 4 years of experience in Amazon Marketplace management, particularly in Germany. The role involves managing and growing brands on Amazon, optimizing product visibility, and working closely with internal teams to strategize and implement marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of ranking products organically and managing Amazon advertising platforms.
This position is with a fast-growing international scale-up company in the European DTC food supplement market, supporting a team of approximately 600 employees across Europe. The company values open communication, individual creativity, and employee development.
Responsibilities:
* Manage and grow Amazon brands profitably in Germany, USA, and UK marketplaces.
* Develop and implement search, marketing, and ranking strategies on Amazon.
* Optimize product listings, imagery, keywords, and reviews.
* Coordinate with internal teams for advertising campaigns, including Sponsored Ads and DSP.
* Establish and maintain a strong relationship with Amazon representatives.
* Forecast sales and coordinate logistics and supply chain planning.
* Analyze marketplace trends and competitors to identify opportunities.
* Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to execute campaigns.
Qualifications:
* At least 4 years' experience managing Amazon accounts or marketplaces.
* Experience in developing profitable Amazon marketplaces, including USA and UK.
* Fluent in English and German; additional languages are a plus.
* Deep understanding of organic ranking levers with proven success stories.
* Proficiency with Seller Central and digital marketing tools.
* Experience in brand development and Profit & Loss management.
* Knowledge of Amazon Advertising platforms.
* Strong analytical skills to derive insights from data.
* Understanding of digital channels and retail ecosystems.

Headquarters: Las Rozas, Madrid
Working Hours:
* Monday to Thursday: 8:00 AM - 5:30 PM (with flexible start/end times and a 45-minute lunch)
* Friday: 8:00 AM - 2:00 PM
Remote Work Policy:
* First 2 years: 1 remote day/week + up to 11 days/year
* After 2 years: 1 remote day/week + up to 16 days/year
* Employees with children under 10: 2 remote days/week (Fridays and one additional day)
