Omega CRM, a Merkle & Dentsu company with over 20 years of experience in Customer Experience services, is seeking a Martech Strategist to expand our martech stack practice. The ideal candidate is passionate about pushing the boundaries of marketing and technology through a holistic approach, focusing on marketing automation, personalization, and intelligence with cutting-edge solutions.

As a key member of the Marketing Services department, this role requires strategic thinking, problem-solving skills, and cross-functional collaboration to execute marketing strategies, foster innovation, and achieve business results. The candidate should understand both the practical aspects of marketing and the technological tools that enable it.

Success in this role involves analyzing business needs, collaborating with Omega's business development, operations, and tech teams, and designing evolutive roadmaps to enhance Customer Experience maturity for current and potential clients, adopting a consultancy and pre-sales approach.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Design, advise, and support pre-sales of marketing and technology solutions to help clients evolve their digital maturity and customer relationships.
2. Create evolutionary roadmaps to improve martech capabilities aligned with business improvement goals, integrating client capability development with marketing tool implementation.
3. Participate in collaborative proposals with potential clients, focusing on technical and business solution design.
4. Act as a business analyst to map business needs (KPIs) with client capability development through services and martech projects.
5. Define detailed strategies to enhance customer experience, emphasizing Marketing Automation and lifecycle relationship improvements.
6. Research and recommend new marketing technology products, including overseeing training and adoption.
7. Ensure integration of marketing technology with other systems.
8. Train and support marketing technology tools.
9. Understand integrations and building blocks of marketing technology products.
10. Serve as super-user and product evangelist for the full martech stack, leading initiatives company-wide.
11. Oversee marketing intelligence and provide actionable insights to clients and stakeholders.
12. Support marketing events, demos, and client visits.
13. Deliver presentations and product demonstrations.
14. Research market trends to identify impactful opportunities and emerging topics.

YOUR KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

1. Minimum 2 years' experience in MarTech / Adtech pre-sales processes.
2. Ability to translate technology into solutions addressing business problems.
3. Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) CRM solutions or similar.
4. Understanding of Customer Data Platforms, especially Salesforce Data Cloud.
5. Deep knowledge of Marketing Automation, Personalization, Data-Driven Marketing, Multitouch Attribution, Audience Management, and Web Analytics.
6. Strong background in Campaign/CRM/Direct Marketing, ideally in an agency or consultancy setting.
7. Experience in digital advertising.

1. SEO, Customer Segmentation, Paid Search, Social Media, Paid Media, Email Marketing, Lead Generation, Database Management.
2. Managing multiple implementation projects simultaneously.
3. Excellent collaboration and communication skills with SMEs, C-Levels, PMOs, and stakeholders.
4. Self-motivated, creative, with analytical and organizational skills, adaptable to shifting priorities.
5. Strong negotiation, persuasion, and problem-solving abilities.
6. Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
7. Technologically passionate and innovative visionary.
