Are you passionate about B2B marketing and building strategic partnerships across the technology sector? We are seeking a Partner Marketing Manager to lead co-marketing initiatives with our most important global partners in EMEA.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute integrated marketing plans with strategic partners to drive joint business growth.
- Lead co-branded campaigns, product launches, digital content, and demand generation programs.
- Manage Market Development Funds (MDF): planning, allocation, and ROI tracking.
- Build strong relationships with partner stakeholders and act as a trusted advisor.
- Define KPIs and provide data-driven reporting and insights.
- Support joint participation in industry events, webinars, and partner summits.
- Collaborate on partner-facing assets for solution positioning and sales enablement.
Requirements:
- Experience in channel or partner marketing within B2B, technology, or high-tech industries in EMEA.
- Proven track record managing marketing programs for large, complex global organisations.
- Strong understanding of marketing budgets, MDF/co-op funding, GTM strategy, campaign execution, and ROI measurement.
- Ability to build executive-level relationships with OEMs, ISVs, distributors, or systems integrators.
- Proficiency in marketing automation, CRM platforms, and analytics tools.
- Consulting or agency experience is a plus.
- English and GERMAN bilingual level is mandatory.

- Senior business and relationship lead from consulting or marketing agencies delivering strategic B2B marketing services.
