**Omega CRM Consulting is looking for a Ecommerce Project Manager that would like to collaborate with one of the top 15 global pharmaceutical companies.**:The B2B Digital Commerce Local Project Manager (LPM) is responsible for the delivery of a new eCommerce platform in a market, by leading local activities towards the implementation of a new global ecosystem.With a heavy customer orientation, the LPM will orchestrate activities within a local cross-functional team and be a key point of contact with global interfaces and the extended global project team.The LPM will actively participate in scoping and continuous delivery of the local deployment, ensuring that local requirements reflect key business and customer needs, by connecting with the necessary local interfaces.BIAH’s B2B Digital Commerce platform serves all business customers placing orders and managing their accounts on BIAH’s frontend website solutions and integrations. The scope of this role/this platform does not include other digital order generation channels (e.G. EDI), nor account management for key retail/B2C accounts.Key interfaces for this role: IT, Customer Service, Supply Chain, Business Segment/Sales teams, CSRE, Marketing (Local) / Digital Commerce Program & Product Team(s), CX, GBS, IT (Global)Tasks- Lead the creation of local implementation requirements in collaboration with IT and the global team, following an agile delivery framework- Coordinate the input and participation of local teams, including Customer Service, Supply Chain, Marketing, Sales and Legal teams (as required)- Lead local activities related to the delivery of the B2B eCommerce platform (local testing, change management & communication plans)- Collaborate with IT and technical teams to ensure that the target technical setup supports the desired customer experience- Ensure the presence of locally relevant requirements from a best practice B2B eCommerce perspective- Actively document and ensure knowledge transfer of best practices and local product setup towards the internal BI teams before, during and after the delivery of the platform, to support a solid run stateProfile- Proven experience managing eCommerce rollouts within a large organization, ideally in a business-to-business (B2B) setup- Proven experience working with/in agile delivery teams, following standard SCRUM methodology, ideally in a Product Owner role- Strong knowledge of the local market & (preferably) industry, as well as relevant local regulatory/legal framework to operate a successful eCommerce business- Solid knowledge about key business processes required to operate an ecommerce business- Customer-focused attitude, ideally with a background on strong product-led organizations and experience on UX definition- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, interfacing to both technical and business/marketing teams, as well as senior market and general stakeholders- Evidence-driven decision-making mindset- Excellent command of English in verbal and written form, as well as the local languageWHAT DO WE OFFER- Permanent contract.- Flexible Schedule.
