Leading technology solutions company is looking to hire an Area Manager for the French Market for its offices in Barcelona.
The main mission will be to lead the strategy and business development for the French market, managing a team to drive company growth, expand the client portfolio, and strengthen brand positioning in the region..
Responsibilities:
* Define and implement the business plan for France, aligned with the company’s global strategy.
* Develop the French market by managing and retaining key B2B accounts.
* Identify new business opportunities, establish strategic partnerships, and open new promotional and sales channels.
* Manage the country’s budget and P&L.
* Lead a team of 3 people.
* Master the product portfolio from both a functional and technical perspective.
* Lead, coordinate, and motivate the sales and customer service teams.
* Ensure service quality and resolve incidents to increase customer loyalty.
* Analyze the market, competition, and trends in France.
* Represent the company at trade shows, events, and meetings with stakeholders.
* Coordinate with the technical department to guarantee the best customer service.
Requirements
Education:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Trade, or similar. Master’s degree is a plus.
Experience:
* 5–7 years in business development, sales, or commercial management.
* Previous experience in the French market.
* Experience in the Retail sector will be positively valued.
* Experience managing P&L and/or sales teams.
* CRM proficiency.
Languages:
* Native French.
* Advanced English (C1).
* Spanish (professional level).
