Regional Marketing Specialist – Southern Europe (Maternity Cover)

We're looking for an experienced Regional Marketing Specialist to drive growth and demand generation across Southern Europe. This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of regional marketing strategy, partner closely with sales, and deliver impactful campaigns in a fast-paced, international environment.
The Role
You'll lead marketing efforts across the region, working cross-functionally with global teams to plan and execute campaigns that support ambitious growth targets.
Key Responsibilities
* Own and deliver the regional marketing strategy and plan
* Drive demand generation aligned with commercial objectives
* Partner with sales teams to support pipeline growth
* Define and track marketing KPIs, optimising performance through data insights
* Manage campaign execution across email, social, events, and webinars
* Localise global content and create region-specific assets
* Oversee budget allocation and evaluate ROI of marketing activities
What We're Looking For
* 5+ years' marketing experience, ideally in a B2B environment
* Strong experience in campaign planning and execution
* Confident working with marketing automation & CRM tools (HubSpot preferred)
* Ability to analyse data and optimise marketing performance
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Language Requirements
* Fluent English
* Native or bilingual French (essential)
* Spanish (desirable)
Nice to Have
* Experience across both B2B and B2C environments
* Background in international or regional marketing roles
