Mission
Expert/Advisor for the Site in Occupational Safety, Industrial Hygiene, Ergonomics, and the Environment, whose role is to assess occupational and environmental risks associated with the Madrid Site (processes, workstations, equipment) to ensure compliance with applicable legislation, policies, standards, and corporate guidelines.
HSE Manager
Functions and responsibilities will be the following:
Safety & Healthy
· Carry out assessments of the risks present in the work environment.
· Propose measures to control and reduce identified risks.
· Inform and teach operators about the risks and applicable prevention measures.
· Monitor compliance with the occupational risk prevention program
· Actively participate in the planning of preventive activity,
· Take leadership in emergency situations
· Ensure and establish the adoption of safe behaviors and the appropriate use of protective equipment.
· Encourage the cooperation of workers in the implementation of preventive measures.
· Promote and ensure compliance with basic prevention actions, such as maintaining order, cleanliness and adequate signage in the work environment.
· Collaborate in the evaluation and control of risks through inspection visits, attention to complaints and suggestions, and registration of relevant data.
· Obtaining and maintaining ISO 45,001 Certification.
· Planning and coordination of audits of the system and processes for evaluation and continuous improvement of occupational risk prevention.
Enviroment
· Analysis and implementation of strategic sustainability projects:
· Supply chain monitoring: ensure suppliers follow sustainable practices.
· Control of Environmental Regulations and International Client Standards.
· Obtaining and maintaining ISO 14,001 Certification.
· Planning and coordination of system and process audits for evaluation and continuous improvement of sustainability efforts, establishing and monitoring sustainability objectives and seeking innovative solutions.
· Promotion of a culture of sustainability and environmental responsibility in the company.
Profile
· Graduate in Engineering (industrial, chemical, environmental) with specialization as a Higher Technician in OCCUPATIONAL RISK PREVENTION and training in MA (Master in Sustainability or similar).
· Necessary to provide experience in industrial ORP for more than 5 years; Additional experience in MA for more than 1 year will be an advantage.
· Proficiency in English and conversational fluency (essential).
· Environmental regulatory knowledge.
· Position-specific digital skills: advanced level in Microsoft Office.
· Responsible, organized and methodical person. High analytical capacity. Interpersonal relationship and teamwork skills.
