Job Description We’re looking for a Finance & People Coordinator: someone who combines financial rigor, organizational skills, and people sensitivity with a real understanding of music and creative environments.
This is a multidisciplinary role with both strategic and admin components: helping us manage our finances, maintain compliance, support the team and ensure talent retention.
Key Responsibilities Finance Handle invoicing for vendors;
prepare payments and maintain organized expense records.
Issue client invoices and help automate billing processes.
Collect, catalog, and manage all company expense and income documentation.
Collaborate with our accounting and tax advisors to ensure compliance with Spanish and EU regulations.
Prepare expense forecasts and financial summaries.
HR & Internal Culture Manage payroll-related coordination and employee documentation.
Ensure HR policies and PRL compliance.
Draft internal policies, onboarding and offboarding materials, and HR process improvements.
Assist in recruitment and talent acquisition.
Support contract drafting and signing processes with vendors, collaborators, and new hires.
Support contract drafting for particular b2c or b2b situations.
At least 2–4 years of experience in finance, HR, or legal roles (preferably in SMEs or startups).
Strong familiarity with Spanish accounting, taxation, and labor frameworks.
Highly proficient with payroll and finance systems like Holded and Sage.
Excellent written and spoken communication in Catalan, Spanish, and English.
Experience with Trello, Slack, Google Sheets, and similar tools.
Full-time position (40 hrs/week)
