I am looking for a Spanish-qualified Legal Counsel (5–8 PQE) to join a small, but high-performing legal team (based across UK and Spain).
This is a broad commercial role with a strong advisory focus, including:Supplier & customer agreementsMSAs, licensing, distribution & framework arrangementsGeneral commercial governance and supportExposure to corporate and cross-functional legal work as needed.
What the team is looking for:Previous experience at a leading law firmBilingual Spanish–English (professional fluency in both)Strong commercial contracts backgroundExperience with English law matters or UK-facing work (secondments or cross-border exposure highly desirable)Pragmatic, business-minded legal approach. xiphteb
