What You’ll Do
* Be the Guardian of Quality – Inspect aerospace components, assemblies, and processes to ensure everything is up to spec – no compromises.
* Find and Fix – Identify defects, troubleshoot root causes, and work hand‑in‑hand with production and engineering teams to solve problems before they take flight.
* Raise the Bar – Help us improve our inspection processes, finding smarter, faster ways to maintain top‑tier quality without slowing down progress.
* Document the Journey – Record inspection results and generate reports – because quality isn’t just what we do, it’s what we prove.
Requirements
* Proven experience as a Quality Inspector in aerospace, automotive, or high‑tech manufacturing
* Strong understanding of technical drawings, blueprints, and inspection methods
* Sharp attention to detail – you spot imperfections others miss
* Knowledge of ISO standards, quality systems, and reporting procedures
* English is a must – our working language
* Flexibility for morning‑afternoon shift rotation each week
* Working hours – 7 hrs‑15 hrs for morning shift. 14 hrs‑22 hrs for afternoon shift
Nice‑to‑Haves
* Experience with non‑destructive testing (NDT)
* Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma principles
* Basic understanding of composite materials or advanced alloys
