Job Description: As a Management Trainee, you will:
* Provide administrative support, including scheduling meetings, managing emails, and handling phone calls.
* Maintain organized records and files, including correspondence, reports, and other documents.
* Greet guests, handle inquiries, and assist with guest services as needed.
* Provide support in various operational areas, such as front desk assistance, inventory management, and liaising with different departments.
* Assist in data entry tasks and basic data analysis to support decision-making processes.
* Help in organizing events, meetings, and conferences, including logistics and coordination of participants.
* Provide general assistance to the Director General and other staff members as required.
Qualifications: We are looking for someone with:
* EU Nationality.
* Fluent English and Spanish, with other languages being a plus.
* Enrollment in a Hospitality Management or Related Program.
* Basic communication skills, with good verbal and written communication skills.
* Organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and meet deadlines.
* Attention to detail, with strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in administrative tasks and data entry.
* Team player attitude, with a willingness to collaborate with team members and assist in various tasks as needed.
* Computer literacy, with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and a willingness to learn new software as needed.
* Customer service orientation, with a desire to provide excellent customer service and contribute to a positive guest experience.
