Personnel Administration & Time Management Specialist (Temp Agency) at Airbus Defence and Space – Tablada, Seville.
Responsibilities
* Perform personnel events for hiring, transfers or leaving. Register personal employee data, issue certificates, contracts and other employee documents.
* Manage all related events for Time Management (TM), working with time schedules and shifts, absences, quotas and payments or bonuses related to time.
* Ensure a high level of compliance related to TM and PA, and manage personal data in a secure mode.
* Use and improve HR tools for employee administration, especially PA and TM (SAP-HR, MyPulse‑Workday, Escriba, RPA, etc.).
* Monitor, test and improve Robotic Process Automation (RPA) in place for PA and TM.
* Ensure the design and implementation of HR standard solutions (including policies, processes and tools) for PA and TM.
* Consider potential impacts of HR relevant legislation & regulation and the day‑to‑day operations.
* Contribute to transnational future projects for TM and PA.
Qualifications
* Education: Human Resources, Labour Relations, Business Administration or a related discipline.
* Experience: at least 2 years in Human Resources.
* Soft skills: high adaptability to work on new topics, new business and in a networking mode.
* Languages: advanced level in both Spanish and English.
* Technical knowledge required: SAP PHM, Office, Google Workspace and Workday.
* Valuation: experience in aeronautical topics is valuable.
* Availability: starting January, full time from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. Vacancy not considered for remote work.
