What you'll do
* Supervise and monitor technical instructions and aerospace industry standards.
* Provide technical support to the production team.
* Translate engineering designs into plant processes.
* Interact with external suppliers:
define requirements by line/product.
* Support operators in daily production line operations.
* Supervise product specifications.
* Propose and implement technical improvements in the process.
What makes you a good fit
* Degree in Industrial or Chemical Engineering.
* Previous experience in a plant production or manufacturing environment (including internships).
* Fluent in Spanish, Upper-Intermediate in English.
* Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
* Effective communication skills.
* Autonomy, determination, and ability to make individual decisions.
* High adaptability and resilience in demanding environments.
* Willingness to work in Montornès del Vallès.
* Open to working on 3 shifts.
