Leading international healthcare technology company, currently expanding its operations in Spain, is looking for a:

Country Director – Spain

Main Responsibilities:

1) Business Strategy & Growth:

- Define and execute the company's growth strategy in Spain.

- Own commercial performance and country P&L.;

- Drive revenue growth, customer acquisition, retention, and market expansion.

- Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and growth initiatives.

2) Team Leadership:

- Build, lead, and develop the local team.

- Manage hiring, performance, and talent development.

- Foster a high-performance and entrepreneurial culture.

- Ensure alignment between local execution and global objectives.

3) Market Development & Stakeholder Management:

- Develop relationships with key stakeholders across the healthcare ecosystem.

- Lead strategic partnerships and commercial negotiations.

- Represent the company with customers, partners, and industry leaders.

- Support the company's positioning and visibility in the Spanish market.

4) Operational Excellence:

- Ensure effective execution of local business plans.

- Collaborate with general teams across Commercial, Product, Clinical, and Operations functions.

- Monitor market trends, regulatory developments, and competitive activity.

- Drive continuous improvement and scalability of local operations.

What we are looking for:

- Significant experience in healthcare, healthtech, medical devices, pharmaceuticals, healthcare services, or related sectors.

- Strong understanding of the Spanish healthcare system.

- Proven experience leading teams, business units, or country operations.

- Strong commercial mindset and experience managing business performance.

- Established network within the healthcare sector in Spain.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate in a fast-paced environment.

- Fluent Spanish and English.
