Digital Marketing Analyst
Location: Madrid, Spain (Boadilla Headquarters).
Responsibilities
- Plan, execute and optimize multi‑channel digital campaigns (LinkedIn, web, email, paid media, etc.).
- Improve owned digital channels through data‑driven decisions.
- Oversee digital presence and client touchpoints.
- Support content creation aligned with business goals, ensuring measurable impact.
- Work closely with business teams to align marketing initiatives with strategic priorities.
- Support the use and optimization of tools such as CRM, CMS and marketing automation platforms.
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing, performance marketing or growth marketing. (Required)
- Proven experience managing and optimizing digital campaigns and channels. (Required)
- Experience in data analysis and KPI‑driven environments. (Required)
- Previous experience in financial services is a plus. (Preferred)
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Advertising, Journalism or similar. (Required)
- Strong digital marketing background. (Required)
- Professional working proficiency in English (C1 or above). (Required)
Hard Skills
- Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate data into insights and actions. (Required)
- Solid understanding of digital marketing channels and funnels. (Required)
- Experience with web analytics tools (Google Analytics), CRM tools (Salesforce) and CMS platforms (WordPress, Drupal). (Required)
- Knowledge of paid media and social media performance (LinkedIn especially) is highly valuable. (Required)
