The General Manager will oversee daily operations of the cantina, including opening and closing procedures, floor management, and ensuring smooth service throughout all shifts. Responsibilities include supervising and scheduling staff, training team members, and fostering a collaborative, inclusive work environment. The role will manage inventory, coordinate with suppliers for food, coffee, natural wine, and sake, and monitor costs to meet financial targets.
