Since 2025, Onepark has expanded its activity with Flow, a SaaS Parking Management System (PMS) designed for hotels, institutional owners, and parking operators. As part of our expansion in Spain and France, we are looking for a Head of Technical Operations to lead and oversee all technical installations and operations across both countries.
Your Mission
You will be responsible for leading all technical operations related to parking installations, acting as a key bridge between Operations, Sales, Tech, and Product teams.
Your role will include:
• Managing installations across Spain and France
• Overseeing stock, materials, supplier negotiations, and hardware/SIM inventory
• Ensuring proper system configuration and performance
• Supervising and coordinating operational teams
• Ensuring high-quality, safe, and efficient installations
Technical scope includes:
• License Plate Recognition systems (ANPR/LPR)
• Integration with barriers and automated systems
• Access control systems
You will also oversee maintenance, incident management, and equipment performance (cameras, barriers, etc.).
Key Responsibilities
Operational Leadership
• Plan and coordinate installations, routes, and travel logistics
• Manage client access, permits, and validations
• Monitor project progress and resolve technical incidents
• Lead and support field installation teams
Logistics & Stock Management
• Manage installation kits, hardware stock (cameras, Opac devices, accessories) and SIM card inventory across France and Spain
• Maintain accurate stock visibility and anticipate replenishment needs
• Coordinate with suppliers and negotiate terms
• Ensure proper technical documentation of all installations
Strategic Role
• Act as the operational link between Tech, Product, Sales, and Operations
• Drive continuous improvement of installation processes
• Ensure scalability and efficiency of operations across both markets
Requirements
• University degree (Engineering or similar preferred)
• 7+ years of experience in a similar role (technical operations, installations, or infrastructure)
• Strong experience managing installations, stock, and technical incidents
• Knowledge of electricity, electronics, and/or technical maintenance
• Experience coordinating multi-site operations
• Fluent in Spanish and French (mandatory)
• Driving license and willingness to travel regularly between France and Spain
• Highly organized, autonomous, and problem-solving mindset
Nice to Have
• Experience in the parking industry, access control, or automation systems
• Knowledge of networking basics (IP, PoE)
• Experience in hospitality technical environments (hotels, PMS)
• Familiarity with IoT hardware deployment and SIM/connectivity management
