We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team in Mungia, to strengthen our People Strategy in the Iberian Zone by hiring top talent for our Business Unit, Global ETO. This role involves implementing best practices in recruitment, assessment, and leveraging our employee value proposition.
You will manage the full recruitment process for various roles, reporting to the HRBP of the plant. Your responsibilities include:
1. Managing the entire recruitment process in collaboration with HR, hiring managers, and talent management teams, including profile briefing, search strategy, external collaboration, job posting, screening, interviewing, candidate communication, and offer presentation.
2. Enhancing recruitment effectiveness and continuously improving KPIs.
Requirements
* University degree in HR, Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
* Minimum of 4 years of recruitment experience in challenging environments, focusing on international and industrial/engineering roles.
* Strong sourcing skills, especially on LinkedIn and other digital channels, including AI technologies.
* Customer-focused with excellent communication skills, capable of working remotely and within a matrix organization, with accountability and attention to detail.
* Proven ability to manage multiple ongoing projects.
