This collaboration is essential to provide secure and reliable high-performance communication solutions to the European Union and its member states. /ppbr/ppTo be part of this project, we are looking for a Ground Technical Lead Manager, whose responsibilities will be as follows: /ppbr/pulliLead technical systems matters. /liliCoordinate system engineering activities with customers, partners, and subcontractors. /liliLead coordination between project teams with consortium partners, subcontractors, and customers to ensure adequate and efficient contribution/review to all high-level deliverables, follow-up of actions, and participation in meetings. /liliLead the production by the team of all technical deliverables of the project. /liliEnsure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements. /liliManage project timelines, budgets, and resources to meet milestones and deliverables. /liliConduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies. /liliCollaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements and ensure alignment with organizational objectives. /liliResponsible for the delivery of the technical outputs of the assigned projects. /li /ulpbr/ppbMinimum requirements /b /ppbr/pulliMaster’s Degree in either Telecommunications Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related field /lili+10 years of relevant experience /liliSuccessful experience in managing large institutional and commercial projects /liliProven experience in managing technical teams in complex engineering projects /liliFamiliarity with Ground Segment hardware and software development and in Ground Segment integration /liliStrong experience in end-to-end Ground Segment engineering /liliStrong Experience with satellite ground segment operations and network management /liliKnowledge and experience in software tools related with System Engineering and Requirement Management. /liliGood presentation and communication skills /liliNative to an EU member state and willing to undergo an EU secret clearance process. /liliFluency in English, both written and spoken, any other European language is considered as an asset /liliLocation: Madrid /li /ulpbr/ppAt Hispasat we promote equal opportunities and an inclusive environment.
