After an initial training period, the candidate will assume the role of Instructor, participating in all stages of the training process:
analysis, design, development, delivery, and evaluation of training courses for plant personnel. These activities will take place in various training environments, including classrooms, workshops, and the plant itself.The role also includes responsibilities in both Training and Operational Consulting, as well as Technical Support for electric power generation plants.The candidate will be part of a results-oriented team, working with high levels of flexibility and autonomy, and in constant communication and collaboration.Requirements for the position (1 Non-Licensed Operation Instructor):
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in scientific or technical disciplines (Engineering, Physics, etc.).Teaching ability and motivation for training.Willingness to live close to Cofrentes Nuclear Power Plant.Valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle.Availability to participate in national and international projects within the organization.Additional qualifications valued:
