Job Description
B2B Recursos Humanos selects LUXURY RENTAL RECEPTIONIST for a consolidated Business Group dedicated to providing services related to tourism, short-term rentals, and flexible accommodations.
The selected candidate will be the main liaison between the company and its guests, using platforms such as Marriott Homes & Villas, Airbnb, Vrbo, and corporate clients. The goal is to ensure each guest has a 5-star experience from initial contact.
Job Functions
1. Provide exceptional support to guests via WhatsApp, email, and phone.
2. Build long-term relationships with guests.
3. Maintain effective communication with other departments and management.
4. Respond promptly to all inquiries across platforms.
5. Manage bookings and updates in the PMS system.
6. Address guest queries to ensure a unique stay and convert inquiries into bookings.
7. Track leads and update the PMS accordingly.
8. Coordinate the booking process from contract to payment and deposit return.
9. Generate reports on bookings and liaise with owners for approvals.

Requirements
* Bachelor's Degree or higher in Hospitality and Tourism or similar.
* At least 5 years experience as a receptionist or similar role.
* Training specific to reception work is a plus.
* Strong relationship-building skills and interest in diverse topics.
* Fluent in English and Spanish; additional languages like Dutch, German, or French are assets.
* Understanding of luxury travel and travelers.
* Positive attitude and helpful demeanor.
* Excellent, adaptable communication skills.
* Ability to multitask quickly and accurately.
* Friendly, precise, and committed to excellence.
* Independent with good time management, following guidelines and standards.
* Proactive, versatile, and team-oriented.
* Strong typing, technological proficiency, and experience with OTAs and PMS systems.
* Excellent organizational skills and work ethic.
* Strong sales and customer relationship skills.
* Deep understanding of luxury rental and travel concierge services.
* Proficiency with WhatsApp, email, phone, and data management tools.
* Familiarity with Airbnb, VRBO, and Booking.com platforms.
