* Your role will be the visionary and creative leader of the agency, establishing Molina Visuals as “the place to go for innovation in classical music”. Your mission is to delight and surprise our clients and audiences with your vision and creativity while helping them achieve their goals.
You will be involved in photography, filmography, animation, brand identity, graphic design, and web design. Leadership skills and excellent communication abilities are required to share your vision with the team and empower them to excel, be more creative, and ultimately, happier!
Our agency stands out because we deeply understand what classical music is and the nature of the cultural product it offers. Therefore, a deep knowledge of classical music is required for this position.
KEY QUALIFICATIONS

RESPONSIBILITIES
* Brainstorming and conceptualizing multi-platform campaigns.
* Collaborating with strategists and creative staff to generate ideas.
* Supervising creative work and maintaining high standards.
* Creating moodboards and sketches to communicate ideas.
* Researching visual references.
* Presenting projects to clients via Keynote or slideshows.
* Pitches and interactions with clients, including feedback sessions.
* Presenting UX and UI designs to clients.
* Overseeing project production with team members.
* Assessing locations for shoots when needed.
You will work closely with strategists, project managers, and the creative team, including web designers, graphic designers, copywriters, animators, film crews, editors, photographers, and web developers.

WHERE
As a remote, innovative agency without a physical headquarters, our team is located globally. All meetings and client communications are online, so you can be based anywhere.
Despite being fully remote, we foster a friendly and positive atmosphere, expecting colleagues to be constructive and positive-minded.
Our clients are mainly in Europe and the United States.
* Ensure your time zone overlaps at least 4 hours daily with Europe and the Americas.
