Job Summary:About the Role & TeamAs part of the Marketing Disney+ team, you will work under the supervision of a Brand Marketing Manager.
You will contribute to development and implementation of different content and brand campaigns.
This role will require you to be working 4 days a week in our office and 1 day from home.What You Will DoResponsible for coordinating and implementing marketing campaigns of content releases for all brands on Disney+.
Support to the Marketing Brand Manager in the management and supervision of each budget campaign.Get key insights to achieve maximum efficiency before the campaign and analyse postmortems on time - Including Digital analysis, Social Media, influencers, performance, programmatic KPIs as brand safety, viewability, ad fraud, VTR, etc.Plan and develop smart ideas and special marketing actions for each campaign.
Work on key titles, to maximize their exposure and awareness to start building upcoming franchises.Supervision & implementation of the media plan according to the strategy and business objectives.Work in close coordination with different areas: Brand, Materials, PR, Trade, Partnerships, Performance, Social Media, Retail in order to fully integrate all actions into one overall marketing plan.Work in close coordination EMEA teams to develop brand campaigns and to be aligned with overall strategy.
Ensuring final approvals on full in time.Keeping regular relations with key media players to look new opportunities and to take advantage of new media tendencies.Assure Legal requirements & business standards through monthly meetings according to TWDC policies.Required Qualifications & SkillsA higher education degree in marketing.A minimum of 7 years of experience in marketing, preferably in an international environment.Fluency in Spanish and English.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Good Team Player.Well organized.Ability to interact at all levels.Initiative.Creativity and open mindedStrategic thinkingAnalytical & attention to detailThe Walt Disney Company is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
