HUGO BOSS are looking for an HR Contract Specialist Technical Specialist in Contracts & Payroll to join our company based in Madrid. C / Rivera del Loira 810.
* Immediate incorporation.
* 40 hours / week.
* Permanent contract.
* Schedule : Monday to Thursday : 9 : 00 AM to 6 : 00 PM. Friday : 9 : 00 AM to 2 : 00 PM.
What you can expect :
* Employee Documentation Management.
* Personnel Administration : Hiring and Termination Absenteeism Sick Leaves Accidents Timekeeping Overtime Staff Accreditation.
* Preparation of Employment Contracts and their Management with Official Agencies.
* Inform and Update Collective Agreements.
* Manage the Process of Monthly Variables Changes in Work Schedules.
* Payroll and Severance Calculations.
* Employee Advisory.
Your profile :
* Bachelors Degree in Labor Relations Human Resourcesor similar.
* From 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar position.
* Proficiency with Office 365 Suite; Excel Word PowerPoint.
* Comprehensive knowledge of the CEGID program (Meta 4).
* Extensive knowledge in Social Security and SEPE management.
* Knowledge of SAP and Samesystem (highly valued).
* Ability to work in a team.
* Strong ability to manage functions and autonomy in the role.
* Previous experience in HR and personnel management (Generalist).
