- Role Summary

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies in Western Europe to successfully realize the growth paths of the 2030 strategy and strengthen the market position of our IAM brands. You will be part of the IAM Leadership Team in Europe, lead the sales team, and drive the successful marketing of the IAM brand portfolio. In this position, you will report directly to the Vice President Automotive Aftermarket.

This position can be based at our locations in France, Spain, or Germany.
- Your Challenge:

- Leadership and targeted development of the sales team with a clear focus on evolving into a high-performance team, exceeding sales targets sustainably, successfully marketing products, and delivering customer-oriented solutions at the highest level.
- Development and implementation of the European sales strategy in close collaboration with the VP Automotive Aftermarket to achieve the short
- and long-term business objectives of the Automotive Aftermarket Business Unit.
- Management of sales performance in the respective market, considering the integral sales strategy and implementing necessary adjustments.
- Responsibility for the sales of IAM product brands to meet or exceed set sales targets and continuously maximize the "share of wallet" within the existing customer portfolio.
- Development and implementation of pricing strategies for all products in the market in coordination with the Pricing Department, taking into account European and local market conditions.
- Creation of a local distribution strategy, definition of market-specific terms for customers (e.g., discounts, bonuses), and leading contract negotiations to ensure sales targets are met.
- Monitoring and management of the market launch strategy for IAM brands in the respective market and identification of new business opportunities.
- Building and maintaining long-term relationships with purchasing cooperations, key customers, partners, and industry leaders to strengthen the market presence of our brands.
- Control and monitoring of measures to increase revenue and improve profitability.
- Close collaboration with relevant peers (Key Account Management, Brand Management, Pricing, Business Development) as well as enabling functions such as HR, Finance, and Supply Chain to successfully implement strategic business objectives.
- Your Profile:

- Experience: Successfully completed degree in Business Administration or a comparable field.
- Work experience: At least 7 years of relevant professional experience in the Automotive Aftermarket (IAM).
- Professional experience:

- In-depth knowledge of the IAM brand product portfolio and customer market.
- Proven experience in leading international and cross-functional teams.
- Strong understanding of IAM structures, market mechanisms, key players (e.g., wholesalers, purchasing cooperations, workshop chains), and competitors.
- Experience with multi-channel strategies, development and management of distribution networks, and optimization of dealer networks.
- Knowledge of pricing strategies, discount and bonus structures, and contract negotiations.
- Experience with online platforms and digital sales channels.
- Language: Business-fluent in English, German, and French. Spanish is an advantage.
- Personality:

- Ability to translate in-depth analysis and problem-solving approaches into effective sales strategies and successfully implement them with a clear focus on measurable results and sustainable success.
- Experience in leading, developing, and motivating teams, as well as collaborating within a multidisciplinary management team.
- Strong implementation and results-oriented mindset.
- Persuasive communication at all hierarchical levels, along with strong negotiation and consulting skills.
- High market and customer orientation with the ability to build long-term business relationships, as well as a willingness to travel internationally as required by the company.- Are you full of ideas?
