We are looking for a
CRM & Email Marketing Manager
to lead our customer engagement efforts. From spearheading a critical
CRM migration
to building sophisticated automated workflows, you will drive retention and lifetime value (LTV) through personalized, data-led storytelling.
Strategic CRM Leadership & Migration
Project manage and execute our CRM migration, ensuring a seamless transition and optimized setup.
Evolve the global CRM strategy to boost engagement and conversion rates.
Database Management:
Email Marketing & Technical Execution
Campaign Deployment:
Manage everything from weekly newsletters to complex automated flows.
Direct copywriting, layout, and design with rigorous Quality Assurance (QA).
Continuous A/B testing of subject lines, CTAs, and send times.
Manage data hygiene, integrations (APIs/Webhooks), and high-converting landing pages.
Data-Driven Insights:
Actionable Reporting:
Use
GA, Power BI, and CRM native analytics
to drive strategy.
Experience:
3+ years of proven success in CRM or Email Marketing.
CRM Expertise:
High proficiency with Microsoft Dynamics (Core requirement).
Experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, or Klaviyo is a plus.
Analytical Stack:
Comfort navigating Google Analytics, Power BI, and native CRM reporting.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or Communications.
Languages:
Full professional command of
English
(Excellent copywriting is a must).
Technical knowledge of
HTML/CSS
for email customization.
Familiarity with personalization engines and advanced A/B testing tools.
Permanent Contract.
