THE ROLE Responsible for leveraging technology to serve marketing and strategy goals. This person will lead both national and international projects, focusing on the implementation and development of Salesforce technology, primarily Marketing Cloud and/or other Marketing Automation tools (Adobe, Braze, Selligent, etc.).RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Configure and implement Marketing Cloud tools
2. Guide clients in adopting new technologies
3. Define and apply data models to manage contacts
4. Co-create multichannel customer experiences
5. Facilitate and share best practices in marketing automation
6. Make data-driven decisions supported by existing technologies
REQUIREMENTS
7. 3-5 years of experience, specific technical knowledge, tool/programming language proficiency, soft skills
8. Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (certification will be positively valued)
9. Proficiency in SQL & AMP Script
10. Knowledge of customer and multichannel journeys. Knowledge of the Marketing Automation tool for the following modules: Email, Social Studio, Content Builder, Customer Journeys, and Google 360
11. Familiarity with Sales & Service Clouds
12. Basic understanding of SQL to extract target audiences for campaigns
13. Strong communication skills for client-facing tasks (presentations, demos, leading meetings)
14. High analytical capabilities
15. Problem-solving within marketing automation implementation projects
16. Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams
17. Dynamic personality capable of working with various clients
Some of your functions as a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant at MRM will include:
18. Developing marketing campaigns using Marketing Cloud
19. Implementing segmentation using SQL and filters
20. Creating and/or modifying HTMLs for use within Marketing Cloud
21. Conducting training sessions and documenting implemented processes (campaigns)
22. Presenting completed work to clients
23. Developing customer journeys triggered via Google 360
