Our client is a fast-growing startup on a mission to change the deskless work experience. They have created a management platform that simplifies operations such as scheduling and payroll. With over 3.8 billion deskless workers worldwide, the potential for impact is significant. The product includes features like scheduling, time tracking, task management, communication, chat, knowledge base, help desk, HR & people management, recognition & rewards, documentation, and training.
We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Fullstack Developer to further develop this management platform. You will build a product that customers love, ensuring it is enjoyable to use, fast, reliable, and scalable. Your work will involve developing a responsive UI and selecting appropriate backend technologies to handle specific use cases at scale.
Requirements:
* 5+ years of experience developing scalable applications with both frontend and backend technologies.
* 5+ years of experience with Python.
* 3+ years of experience with React, including state management libraries like MobX or Redux.
* Expert-level experience with MongoDB and MySQL.
* Deep expertise in message queues, especially RabbitMQ, for building scalable, message-driven systems.
* Experience with AWS and Azure.
* Ability to evaluate architecture options and select the best solutions.
* Experience scaling services to millions of users.
* Understanding of web technology complexities, constraints, UI/UX.
* Startup mindset with a proactive, ownership-driven approach; experience in product companies is a plus.
* At least B2 level of English.
* Willingness for occasional business trips to Lisbon.
Responsibilities:
* Lead the design, development, and maintenance of complex Python applications.
* Collaborate with product management and stakeholders to define technical requirements.
* Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
* Implement automation tests.
