MISSION
Under the supervision of the Customer Service Manager, monitor and control commercial administration and customer follow-up operations, following department guidelines and procedures to achieve established objectives with the aim of ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction through efficient order management.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
* Comprehensive order management
* Coordination with the production planning team
* Coordination with the logistics team
* Continuous communication with the customer for proper order tracking and confirmation
* Management of complaints and incidents
* Support for the sales team
* Invoicing and export documentation
* Control of service indicators
TRAINING
* General training: Intermediate or higher level in administration, international trade, or similar
* Languages: Very high level of English and other languages an advantage
Knowledge of SAP and other systems such as Salesforce or Tableau an advantage.
