An exciting opportunity awaits you as an Events Coordinator, where you will play a pivotal role in organizing over 50 events throughout the year across Mexico and Latin America. This position is tailor-made for individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments, possess a genuine love for crafting memorable experiences, and are dedicated to delivering top-notch events that leave a lasting impact.
Responsibilities
* Plan, organize, and execute a diverse range of Odoo events in Mexico and LATAM, including but not limited to Odoo roadshows, Odoo Day, Recruitment Events, Partners Day, conferences, and product launches.
* Coordinate logistics such as venue selection, catering, permits, and manage speakers and staff travel and accommodation arrangements.
* Develop and implement promotional strategies to increase awareness and attendance for community events, utilizing various marketing channels like social media, email campaigns, and local advertising.
* Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, sales, and operations, to align events with overall company objectives.
Must Have
* Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
* 3-5 years of proven experience managing events of various scales across Mexico and LATAM.
* Extroverted and proactive personality.
* Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
* Strong interpersonal and communication abilities. Autonomous, proactive, and confident in speaking up.
* Detail-oriented with a keen eye for quality and creativity.
* Fluent in English and Spanish (native).

As a full-time employee, you will have a contract with legal benefits, including:
* Starting salary based on experience.
* Working hours Monday to Friday, 09:00 - 18:00.
* Hybrid work model after training (3 office days & 2 home office days).
* Vacation days starting from 15 days in the first year, increasing to 20 days in the second year, 22 days in the third year, and 25 days from the fourth year onward.
