Key Responsibilities :
Lead Generation and Prospecting :
* Identify and cultivate leads through various channels, including networking, industry events, trade shows, online platforms, and referrals.
* Engage with potential clients to assess their energy storage needs, offering customized solutions to meet those requirements.
Business Development Strategy :
* Develop and execute a comprehensive business development plan focused on acquiring new Commercial & Industrial (C&I) and residential energy storage projects.
* Work closely with internal teams to ensure that offerings align with client needs and market trends.
Client Relationship Management :
* Build and sustain strong relationships with both existing and potential clients, understanding their long term goals and providing consistent support.
* Serve as the primary contact throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring client satisfaction and fostering long term partnerships.
Proposal Development :
* Prepare and deliver persuasive proposals, bids, and tender responses tailored to C&I / residential energy storage projects.
* Customize project specifications, pricing structures, and financial analyses to optimize client value and project profitability.
Contract Negotiation :
* Lead contract negotiations, securing favourable terms and ensuring compliance with regulatory and legal standards.
* Collaborate with legal and finance teams to finalize contracts, mitigating risks while meeting company objectives.
Project Coordination :
* Partner with cross functional teams, including engineering, project management, and operations, to ensure the seamless execution of projects.
* Provide technical input and guidance to ensure feasibility, adherence to timelines, and successful project delivery.
Industry Networking :
* Expand your professional network within the C&I / residential energy storage sector by attending key conferences, seminars, and industry events.
* Actively engage in industry associations and initiatives to stay abreast of trends and forge strategic partnerships.
* Monitor market developments, policy changes, and emerging technologies relevant to C&I / residential energy storage.
* Continuously evaluate market conditions and the competitive landscape to identify new opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly.
