The position will be integrated into the company's executive decision-making body and will play a key role in defining the technical, commercial, and organizational strategy of the division.
Main Responsibilities
* Lead the growth of the installations business unit.
* Define the technical and commercial strategy to scale operations with sustainable profitability.
* Build and structure key departments: technical office, bidding/estimating, specialized engineering, and business development.
* Professionalize processes while maintaining operational agility.
* Drive the acquisition of high-value-added industrial and commercial (tertiary) projects.
* Actively participate in the recruitment and development of technical talent.
* Coordinate cross-functionally with the group's various business areas.
* Establish a culture focused on results, profit margins, and technical excellence.
Candidate Profile
* Higher technical degree (preferably in Engineering).
* Minimum of 15 years of experience in installations, engineering, or EPC companies.
* Proven track record in executive roles or second-line management with the potential to assume global business leadership.
* Demonstrated ability to structure and grow business units.
* Strong technical-commercial background.
* Experience in industrial environments, data centers, energy, commercial sectors, or complex projects.
* High level of English proficiency.
* Availability to travel.
