What you’ll achieve
Warehouse Operations & Automation:
* Automated warehouse operations, WH maintenance, WH fault resolution.
* You will oversee and support automated pallet warehouse operations, ensuring systems perform reliably and efficiently while quickly resolving technical faults before they impact service.
Champion Logistics Flow:
* You will manage inbound and outbound processes, monitoring goods receipt and dispatch from external suppliers to keep our logistics center perfectly synchronized.
Drive Smart Picking & Movement:
* You will work with advanced tools like Voice Picking systems and LGVs (Laser Guided Vehicles), enabling seamless pallet movement from warehouse to loading areas.
Own Incidents, Protect Performance:
* You will identify, record, monitor, and resolve operational incidents, minimizing impact, preventing recurrence, and safeguarding service levels.
Connect the Supply Chain:
* You will support domestic and international transport coordination, working closely with carriers, supply planners, and external suppliers to align production schedules and deliveries.
Planning & Forecasting
* Forecasting and demand planning support: supervision and collaboration with the Demand Planning and the Category Supply Planners.
Build the Future of Operations:
* You will actively participate in improvement projects, helping to implement new processes and bring fresh ideas that elevate efficiency and performance.
Who you are
Engineering-Minded Problem Solver
* Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Organization, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Technologies, or similar engineering background.
* You enjoy breaking down complex operational challenges and turning analysis into action.
Logistics & Continuous Improvement Enthusiast
* Previous exposure to warehouse planning, automation, or continuous improvement activities is highly valued.
* You see inefficiencies as opportunities to do things better, faster, and smarter.
Clear Communicator in a Global Context
* Native or C2-level Spanish and advanced English (C1), with confidence communicating across teams and partners.
* You translate operational data into clear, actionable messages.
Organized Team Player
* Strong time management and collaboration skills, thriving in cross-functional environments.
* You enjoy working side by side with planners, suppliers, and logistics partners.
Tech-Curious Self-Starter
