Offer inspiring and creative advice to clients. Achieve set sales and performance targets (KPIs). Client Experience Be a storyteller and personal stylist for clients. Inspire customers and deliver expected services and communication. Develop the customer database. Manage after-sales service. Business Development Know best/slow sellers and identify missed opportunities. Analyze figures and KPIs to improve business; be familiar with daily reports. Identify customer profiles and anticipate their needs. Share insights and learnings with the Boutique Manager.
