Concept International are partnered with an innovative integral technology company looking for a Service Delivery Manager, where you'll play a pivotal role in revolutionizing service delivery. You'll be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer experiences while optimizing efficiency and value for both internal and external customers.
As a Service Management Lead reporting to the Head of Service Management, you'll spearhead the operational success and continuous enhancement of our services. Your track record of building IT services for global tech companies, deep ITIL expertise, and adept leadership skills will be key in driving our new service management function.

**Responsibilities**:
- Lead and develop key ITIL practices such as Service Level Management, Measurement and Reporting, Service Catalogue, and Capacity & Performance.
- Take ownership of service management for designated services, ensuring performance, SLAs, and contractual compliance.
- Drive service improvement initiatives by analyzing data and customer feedback, collaborating across teams for efficient enhancements.
- Establish and manage SLAs, working with stakeholders to promptly address issues in line with expectations.
- Develop robust service reporting processes to facilitate data-driven decision-making.
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, vendors, and clients.
- Oversee external suppliers' performance and contribute to business continuity planning.
- Collaborate with internal service providers to elevate service levels and operational practices.
- Represent the Service Management function and advocate for customers in meetings and projects.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- 5+ years in IT service environment, with 3+ years in service management role.
- Experience working within a Managed Services environment covering similar services - Infrastructure Support, Unified Communications, Data Hosting etc
- Proven experience in establishing service and operating level agreements.
- Utilization of data and metrics to enhance IT service quality.
- Strong negotiation skills in a matrix organization setting.
- Customer-centric approach with excellent customer management skills.
- Vendor and supplier management experience.
- ITIL® certification preferred.
- Effective team leadership and motivation abilities.
- Proficiency in project management, risk management, and stakeholder engagement.
