- Core Model Development: Lead the creation of a centralized, standardized system architecture for laboratory instruments, ensuring alignment with business and regulatory requirements.- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including IT, engineering, quality, and site operations to gather requirements, align on priorities, and ensure successful implementation. · Technical Documentation: Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation including system architecture, configuration guides, and deployment protocols.* 5+ years’ experience in system ownership or technical leadership roles, preferably in laboratory or manufacturing environments.* Experience in a biopharma or biotech company Experience with system deployment across multiple sites or integral environments.* Experience working with LIMS and third-party system interfaces will be a plus.**Skills**:* Strong understanding of laboratory instrument systems and integration practices.* Excellent communication and project management skills in English.* Familiarity with regulatory requirements (e.G., GxP, ISO standards) is a plus.* Excellent communication & presenting skills, including with executive stakeholders* Proven business sense, ability to take decisions, think strategically and partner with business/other teams* Structured, organized, and capable of managing multiple topics and priorities.* Track-record of problem-solving & overcoming roadblocks in a complex environment* Strong cross-functional leadership & influencing skills Curiosity, creativity, sense of detail, first principles and “get things done” mindset#J-18808-Ljbffr
