HR Manager
to lead and develop human resources in a
multinational manufacturing company
with a strong presence in Europe.
About the Role
Reporting directly to the
Human Resources Director Europe
and the
Plant General Manager
, the HR Manager will be responsible for the
strategic and operational management of all HR activities
at the plant level. This includes HR administration, recruitment, talent management, training, employee relations, payroll coordination, and compliance with employment legislation.
You will play a key role in
supporting managers
, fostering a positive working environment, and ensuring that HR practices align with both corporate policies and local regulations.
Main Responsibilities
- Oversee the
day-to-day HR operations
and lead 2 HR Technicians.
- Ensure compliance with
employment law
and collective bargaining agreements.
- Ensure consistent application of
payroll
and
compensation and benefits
policies.
- Support managers in all aspects of people management: recruitment, development, training, performance, and disciplinary processes.
- Lead
recruitment and onboarding
processes according to company policy.
- Develop and implement
training and development plans
aligned with business needs.
- Act as a trusted partner for
management and employee representatives
.
- Contribute to HR reporting, budgeting, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Profile
- Degree in
Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, or a related field
.
- At least
5 years of experience
in Human Resources within an
industrial or manufacturing environment
.
- Strong knowledge of
employment legislation
and social relations.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Hands-on, proactive and organized
, with the ability to work both strategically and operationally.
- English,
medium level.
- Proficiency in
Microsoft Office
