Responsibilities
* Define test cases based on business and technical requirements
* Conduct test campaigns and report issues effectively, including system integration, acceptance, operational acceptance (performance, maintainability, security)
* Collaborate with development and support teams to resolve issues in test or production environments
* Develop and maintain testing procedures and tools
* Contribute to successful project delivery and enhancements
* Support continuous improvement initiatives and propose new measures
* Participate in implementing Agile, DevOps, and continuous integration processes
* Define test strategies
* Participate in defect management meetings
Experience and Education
* Technical or university degree in computer science or equivalent
* Proven experience in the finance sector
* Experience in issuing processing and card payment industries is a plus
* 2-4 years of testing and software development experience
* Knowledge of development languages such as .Net, PowerShell, Java, and PL/SQL is advantageous
* Experience working in Unix/Linux environments
* Proficiency with SoapUI and/or Postman
* Ability to interpret business requirements to create test objectives and cases
* Experience building reliable regression test campaigns
* Knowledge of test automation tools and frameworks
* Understanding of Agile, DevOps, and continuous integration
* Experience with test management tools like JIRA, xRay
* Customer-oriented with problem-solving skills
* Ability to work efficiently under pressure, independently or in a team
* English proficiency at least B2 level;
German and French are aplus
