What are we looking for?
A talented and creative UI/UX Designer with experience in design systems to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong aesthetic sense, advanced technical skills, and the ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create exceptional user experiences.
Experience in:
* Designing intuitive and attractive user interfaces for web applications, mobile apps, and dashboards (back-office)
* Developing and maintaining consistent and scalable design systems
* Collaborating with developers, product managers, and other designers to ensure design consistency and quality
* Conducting user research and usability testing to inform and validate design decisions
* Creating wireframes, prototypes, and detailed specifications to guide development
* Staying up to date with the latest trends and best practices in UI/UX design
About the ideal candidate:
* At least 5 years of proven experience as a UI/UX Designer
* Experience in interface design and design systems ( important )
* Proficiency in tools such as Figma, Sketch, or similar
* Experience with Hotjar and Google Analytics
* Knowledge of user-centered design principles and user research methodologies
* English: C1 (MANDATORY)
Nice to have:
* Experience in interaction design and animation
* Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS
* Analytics tools: Hotjar, Google Analytics
* Experience in accessibility design
