Si está considerando enviar una solicitud, asegúrese de pulsar el botón de solicitar de abajo después de leer la descripción completa.Spain | HybridA leading international energy platform operating in the Iberian market is looking for a Business Development Manager – Indirect Sales to support the ambitious growth of its B2B retail energy supply business in Spain.The company operates across energy management, trading, and B2B supply, with a strong presence in the Iberian power and gas markets and a highly international team of energy professionals.About the RoleAs Business Development Manager for Indirect Sales, you will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with third-party intermediaries (brokers and channel partners) to grow the B2B energy supply portfolio in Spain.You will play a key role in building and scaling the indirect sales channel, driving commercial performance, and contributing to the acceleration of the Iberian growth strategy.Reporting to the Head of Sales & Marketing, you will collaborate closely with Portfolio Management, Legal, Credit, Operations, and Marketing teams to ensure successful deal execution and sustainable growth.Key ResponsibilitiesChannel Development & Relationship ManagementIdentify, onboard, and manage third-party intermediaries (TPIs).Build strong, long-term partnerships within the broker ecosystem.Sales Growth & Target DeliveryAchieve ambitious sales targets through indirect channels.Coordinate internal stakeholders to ensure smooth transaction closing.Market Intelligence & StrategyMonitor market trends, competition, and regulatory changes.Contribute to value proposition development and positioning.Commercial & Pricing StrategySupport the definition of pricing structures, product offerings, and commission schemes tailored to indirect channels.Performance ManagementTrack broker performance and ensure compliance with company standards.Optimize channel productivity and portfolio quality.Operational Excellence & DigitalizationContribute to sales process digitalization and adoption of CRM and data-driven tools.Profile & ExperienceBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field.Minimum 3 years of experience in energy supply or related sectors.Proven experience in indirect sales and channel management.Strong knowledge of the Iberian energy market and regulatory framework.Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.Analytical mindset with strong commercial acumen.Spanish fluency and professional English required (Portuguese is a plus).Entrepreneurial, results-oriented, and comfortable in dynamic, fast-evolving environments.What We're Looking ForStrong business and customer-centric mindset.Ability to interpret market data and financial indicators.Experience with CRM systems and digital sales tools.Collaborative profile, capable of working cross-functionally. xiphtebWillingness to travel domestically (up to 20%, including occasional overnight stays).Additional InformationHybrid work modelCompetitive compensation packageOpportunity to join a growing Iberian franchise within a strong international energy platform
