We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Junior Corporate Development & ISP Office Analyst (Integrations, Synergies and Performance) to join our dynamic team in Barcelona, Spain, reporting to Uriach ISP Director. You will be responsible for screening and analysing potential acquisition Targets across Europe. Post-acquisition you will be designing, planning and implementing ISP projects across all entities of the Group. Your role will involve challenging assumptions, aligning financial projections with Country & Function Directors, and overseeing their execution and results. Be ready for: · Screen and analyse potential acquisition targets across Europe · Identify value-creation ideas between Uriach and the target company and define a preliminary business plan for commercial and cost synergies (pre and post closing). · Promote and actively participate in the identification and definition of ISP projects. · Coordinate the implementation of ISP projects in close cooperation with cross-country and cross-functional teams, and monitor execution and results. · Challenge and review the assumptions and business plans of international synergies. · Work hand in hand with Finance department to consolidate the financial projections of the different ISP projects into Uriach group budget and Countries P&L's. You'll excel in this role if you possess the following skills and attributes: · Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering · 1 or 2 years of experience in corporate development, strategy/operations consulting, m&a or transaction services · Strong analytical skills and strategic thinking combined with hands-on execution. · Experience in designing/implementing complex cross-functional and international projects. · Ability to influence and coordinate without direct authority, with a pragmatic, results-oriented mindset. · Fluent English; additional European languages are a plus.
