Main Goals and Objectives
* Influence Customers to Develop Contact Lens Category by Generating New Users
* Encourage Eye Care Professionals (ECPs) and Owners to Offer Contact Lenses

To achieve these goals, the ideal candidate will possess:

* Critical Thinking and Analysis Skills to Identify Business Opportunities
* The Ability to Influence Customers to Adopt a Proactive Mindset Regarding Contact Lenses
* Understanding of Customer Needs and Preferences across Various Channels, Including Independents, Buying Groups, and Chains
* Knowledge of Essential Tools to Develop the Contact Lens Category, Such as Customer Journey Mapping, Point-of-Sale Support, Data Analysis, and Training Organization
* Execution of Joint Business Plans (JBP) Defined for Key Accounts (KAs)
* Building the Misight Category and Educating ECPs on Its Benefits
* Implementing Coverage Plans Designed for Each Area, Based on Customer Segmentation
* Fostering Strong Relationships with Customers, Including ECPs, Owners, Sales Staff, and Other Relevant Parties
* Negotiating Price Increases When Necessary
* Providing Value to the Team and Demonstrating a Commitment to Collaboration
* Understanding CooperVision Programs and Utilizing Them Effectively
* Completing Administrative Tasks, Including Reporting and Data Entry
* Maintaining a Minimum Level of Product Knowledge, Including CooperVision and Competitor Products
* Attending Industry Events and Congresses, as Required
* Participating in Training and Development Opportunities to Enhance Skills and Knowledge
