Description of the position

As a Key Account Manager, you'll be the driving force behind identifying and developing new key local clients (new names) while creating extraordinary experiences for them.


In this sense, you must ensure their needs are met by combining technology, data, insights, local specificities, and creativity to build digital assets that drive engagement, enhance efficiency, and accelerate sustainable growth.


We are a CX specialist with end-to-end capabilities serving large and mid-size enterprises, including deep expertise within our local teams across Experience Platforms, Digital Continuity (QA & DevOps), and Data & AI.


What is this all about?

- Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients.

- Deliver presentations, product demos, and conduct client visits to showcase the value of our solutions.

- Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and client satisfaction.

- Located in Barcelona, but covering all of Spain and Portugal from a business standpoint.


Who are you?

- Economics, Business, Software Engineer, Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, or a related field. An MBA is highly valued.

- Passionate about Pre-Sales, Sales, and Hunting / Prospection.

- Experienced in selling Digital solutions (Project fixed time/fixed price, T&M...), particularly in eCommerce Brands.

- Expert in managing consultative sales processes within the tech space.

- Possesses strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals.

- Enthusiastic about working within a close local team in Spain, while also joining a dynamic and stimulating global matrix organization.

Technical skills / Know-how

- Knowledge of customers' business, operational, and technological challenges.

- Writing content for sales proposals.

- Proven experience in business development.

- Negotiation techniques and contract management.

- Master the sales cycle and associated planning.

- Ability to listen and summarize customer needs.

- Results orientation & Sense of execution.

- Respect, Integrity & Commitment.

- Ability to work in matrix or cross-functional organizations.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

- Competence to understand and communicate complex technological solutions.

Languages

- English & Spanish: a fluent level is mandatory.

- French & Catalan are highly valued.


Salary

- Permanent contract with a very competitive salary package and added benefits.

- Onsite/Hybrid/Remote policy work.


Job location
