Accenture has developed an analytics tool for a client to analyze the performance of their convenience retail business. Hosted on Power BI, this set of reports allows analysis of Electronic Point of Sale data (EPOS) and insights into category, brand, and product performance across eight markets. We support clients in monetizing this data to their suppliers (e.g., Coca-Cola, Unilever) who can subscribe to the tool. We are seeking a Data Monetisation Lead to expand this workstream across European markets, help target new suppliers, promote usage among subscribers, and lead business development initiatives such as migrating services to advanced data visualization platforms.
Responsibilities
* Pipeline Management: Build and convert sales pipelines across markets aiming for 10% revenue growth in FY21 (achieved >50% YOY growth in FY20).
* Tool Engagement: Onboard and train suppliers, conducting over 50 sessions per quarter.
* Supplier PoC: Manage relationships with suppliers, resolve challenges with the tech team, maintaining over 115 subscriptions.
* Client PoC: Serve as the primary contact for European and local market stakeholders, managing the workstream.
* Governance: Present progress to stakeholders via bi-weekly calls and deliver monthly reports.
* Product Improvement: Identify and implement product enhancements.
* Market Onboarding: Prepare onboarding for new markets like Spain and Portugal, building pipelines and educating local managers.
* Operating Model: Enhance the Go-to-Market sales process.
* Stakeholder Management: Manage expectations of a complex stakeholder network, including over 115 suppliers and 30 client stakeholders.
* Presentation: Communicate the business value of the tool and services daily.
