Reporting to the Sales Support Director for Europe; Act as a strategic partner to the Director, on all matters related to client retention, service excellence, and customer experience. Develop and implement enterprise-wide customer service strategies to address client challenges, streamline support workflows, and enhance overall customer satisfaction. Measure and monitor the efficiency and effectiveness of existing customer service procedures and client facing policies. Provide immediate and effective solutions to acute client issues, such as service requests, complaints, and product inquiries. Support the implementation of strategic commercial goals through customer service activities, including CRM management, client data analysis, and service process optimization. Develop, align, and coordinate Sales Support team (7 people) in South Region to ensure consistent, high-quality service across all locations. Implement and serve as an ambassador for the company values, particularly in all client interactions. Support the onboarding and training of high-level Sales Coordinators in the South region. Provide support on client-facing agreements and assist with the resolution of customer disputes. The final candidate will fit with: Education: Higher education in Business Administration, communications, or a related field. Solid, working knowledge of customer service operations, CRM systems, SAP and client support processes Experience: A minimum of 5 years of progressively increasing experience in customer service or support roles, preferably within an international environment. Management: At least 4 years in a customer service or team leadership position. Strong analytic, communication and interpersonal skills Able to drive ambitious customer satisfaction goals and act as a change agent for service quality The ability to use logic and reasoning to solve problems effectively High integrity and the ability to maintain confidentiality regarding customer data and sensitive issues is a must.
