Sales Manager
to join our team and lead the development of MICE and Leisure business segments for our stunning 5-star property in Ibiza.Reporting directly to the Director of Sales & Marketing, you’ll be instrumental in executing our commercial strategy, securing new business, and strengthening relationships with key partners — all while representing our brand with excellence and elegance at every touchpoint.What You’ll Be Responsible For:
Strategic Sales Leadership:
Drive sales initiatives for the MICE and Leisure segments in line with company objectives.Represent the hotel at international trade fairs, roadshows, forums, and sales calls.Promote the property locally across Ibiza through proactive outreach and PR actions.Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, agencies, and industry partners.Lead negotiations with clients and suppliers to secure profitable agreements.Conduct market analysis to identify trends and adapt strategies accordingly.Team & Project Coordination:
Support and guide the Sales team, motivating them to meet targets and maintain standards.Act as the main point of contact for the sales team in the absence of the Director.Coordinate familiarization trips (FAMs) and client site inspections with precision and professionalism.Collaborate closely with the Events department to ensure seamless group bookings.Operational & Brand Excellence:
Ensure all actions reflect the hotel’s brand identity and 5-star standards.Manage assigned sales budgets and reporting in line with company guidelines.Propose improvements to sales tools, workflows, and processes.Maintain compliance with company policies on sustainability, data protection, and workplace safety.What We’re Looking For:
Education:
Degree or vocational training in Sales, Marketing, or Hospitality Management.Experience:
3–5 years in sales roles within luxury hotels, ideally with MICE and Leisure focus.Languages:
Fluent in Spanish and English (spoken & written);
other languages are a plus.Skills:
